Trainee Tigwelder stainless steel (141/FM5)

Job description

Do you want to become a TIG Welder?

You don’t have the experience yet, but technics are in your blood? You like to retrain your education? Or you have any experience with stainless steel pipes or plates? Then we are looking for you!

During our training you will get introduced to the basics of tigwelding and you wil develop as much training and skills as you can get in food & pharma industry. Eventually you will bring the knowledge in the field. After getting acquainted we will make a welding test to see what your level of welding is. Don’t worry, it’s not an exam, just to see what skills you have and what you need to learn to work as a professional.

The first 6 weeks you will be trained by our trainer to learn you the weldingproces within our workshop. This will be personally based on you as an individual. After these 6 weeks we will guide you with a so called buddy on project to carry out the knowledge. As you progress you will work more and more independently.

What happens within this training?

• You will learn to work with the tools and other equipment.
• You will learn to read and work with isometric drawing.
• You will learn to make calculations for the purpose of assembly.
• You will learn to Tig weld.
• You will receive the certificate 141/FM5 after the training.
• You will receive the VCA safety certificate.
