Orbital welder

Job description

As an orbitalwelder/assembler you work with isometric drawings to make installations in process for the food and pharmaceutical industry. You can work independently or in a team. The most common activity is to weld stainless steel pipes.

Our contractors develop, produce, deliver and installing a high rate of process installations, skid construction and equipment to transport clean gas, clean steam, fluids and purified water and powders. They are active in the food and pharma industry where orbital welding is most common. They work with leading contractors that has to apply with clean utilities that demands the highest hygiene. (HACCP)

We like to communicate shortly and deliver expectations. We think it’s important that the client will come first. They dispose all facilities that are needed for an optimal service like a neat workplace to an educational center. In the workshop we take care for the products to be prefabbed in time, ready to be delivered and installed in time.

Job requirements

• A technical education welding on level 4.
• Experience with working as a (orbital) welder in food & pharma.
• Welding certificates is not required.
• Proven experience with TIG welding on stainless steel pipes, constructions etc.
• Proven skills with welding plate or pipe 1,5 mm to 3 mm. 0,5 tot 6 inch.
• Taking care of good work before and after the weld is made.
• Has a VCA safety certificate.
