Maintenance technician

As a maintenance technician, you will independently assist clients on location, by performing service and repair work on their earthmoving and road construction machinery and attachments. The position offers a lot of variety. Every day is different. In addition to this there is a lot of room for your own development, specialization, and expansion in this field of expertise. Job responsibilities

• Performing service and repair work on earthmoving machinery, road construction machinery, mini-excavators, and products from the Vematec product line (demolition hammers, demolition sorting grapples, tilt rotators, ground drills, etc.).
• Diagnosing and resolving malfunctions.
• Collaborating with the client to perform tasks after diagnosing issues.
• Providing maintenance and repair recommendations.
• Inspecting machines.
• Instructing our client on the use of the machines.
• Maintaining the workplace/environment, tools, and service van.
• Managing the inventory in the service van.

Job requirements

• A technical education, preferably in the field of automotive engineering or mechanical engineering.
• You have experience with hydraulics, electrical engineering, and preferably also with internal combustion engines.
• In possession of a valid driver's license (B category).
• You are presentable, resilient under stress, and highly independent.
• You are proficient in the English language.
